H2U - Health, Happiness, You - is an organization dedicated to understanding the unique health needs of adults and providing them with valuable health information, resources and experiences. More than 100 H2U affiliates are available across the country with programs to help you better manage your health and live a healthy lifestyle. Working together with the national office of H2U, the local H2U affiliate creates programs, publications and screenings that address the five key points for good health: DISEASE PREVENTION The annual membership is only $15 per person. As a member of H2U, you will have access to the most up-to-date health information and interactive health tools available. These informative resources include: > A national magazine published six times a year, filled with healthy lifestyle tips, fitness routines, the latest advances in medicine and methods to prevent illnesses and injuries > The H2U website (www.h2u.com) with more than 2 million searchable pages of health information > The H2U Health Map, including an assessment tool that creates a personalized set of health recommendations, so you can manage your health and live a healthy lifestyle > Discounts on products and services for health and wellness, travel, home and finance, and others > To find out more information about national membership benefits, click here. There is a nominal fee for specialized screenings which vary from year to year. > An annual FREE Flu Clinic > Monthly physician lectures on various health topics > Exercise, computer and driving classes > Special trips and social events > A holiday luncheon at the Westlake Hyatt with music and dancing.
