Partners in Caring
At Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center, our employees are like family. Each one is a valued member of our healthcare team. We know that many do abundantly more than is asked and we want to recognize that extra effort. That's why we've created the Partners in Caring Service Excellence Recognition program.
It is set-up so that recognition can be given from a patient and/or visitor to an employee, volunteer and/or physician, as well as healthcare member to healthcare member. This is done by filling out Partners in Caring Recognition Cards which are available at various high traffic areas throughout the hospital. If someone wants to recognize a healthcare team member, simply fill out the card and place it in the Partners in Caring box located near the elevators in Tower 2 and other high traffic areas throughout the hospital. They can also be given to any hospital employee or volunteer, or placed it in the US mail; postage is pre-paid.
Employees, who are acknowledged, are recognized by their Department Director and Manager and two are chosen as Employee of the Month. Their names and photos are featured via intra-office email and in the Employee Newsletter and they are honored with certificates and special gift certificates and a personal parking space for the month.
