Cardiac rehabilitation is available through out Outpatient Rehab Center located at our East Campus facility at 150 Via Merida, Westlake Village, CA 91362. Directions to the East Campus: from the 101 freeway, exit at Westlake Blvd., turn north, turn right at Thousand Oaks Blvd, turn right at Lakeview Canyon Road, turn left at Via Merida. The entrance to East Campus is the first driveway on the right.

The Los Robles Cardiac and Cardiovascular Center is recognized nationally and throughout the state for having some of the best outcomes in cardiac care.
For over four decades, we have led the way in providing a full range of diagnostic and treatment options for all areas of cardiac and cardiovascular care. These disciplines include:

Further Accomplishments
We are proud to say that we are distinguished as one of just a few Nationally Accredited Chest Pain Centers in the country. And we are also a Blue Distinction Center for Cardiac Care which means that we have demonstrated our commitment to quality care, resulting in better overall outcomes for cardiac patients.
Each facility with this distinction has met stringent clinical criteria, developed in collaboration with expert physicians' and medical organizations' recommendations, including the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS), and is subject to periodic reevaluation as criteria continue to evolve.
